Growing up in a traditional Japanese household, I was introduced to the power of herbs and foods in treating ailments from a young age, thanks to my mother. However, when I moved to the US, I realized that this knowledge was not as widely known or utilized.

Driven by a desire to bridge this gap and make a meaningful impact, I made the bold decision to embark on a career change, pursuing my true calling in Oriental medicine after spending two decades in the hospitality industry. I now combine my genuine love for helping others with my deep-rooted understanding of natural remedies.

What sets me apart in my approach to patient care is my unwavering commitment to individualization. I believe true healing comes from understanding and addressing the underlying causes of an individual’s health issues. As a performing arts enthusiast, I actively support and contribute to local theaters across Central Florida.

Currently, I reside in Casselberry with my husband and our beloved rescued dog. They are a constant source of joy and inspiration, reminding me of the importance of compassion and unconditional love in both my personal and professional life.
